Recognos is based on employee talent. We consider our team members to fall into two categories:

  1. Experienced employees who came from outside sources
  2. Employees that have been trained in-house receiving growing responsibility based on successful performance

There is an internal seminar system that offers great opportunities to employees giving them a chance to learn the latest news in technology and exchange ideas with other professionals. True to Recognos ideals, we also understand that the employees need to have a great quality of life and social outlet.
